1/3 cup Heavy Cream
6 cups sweet Potatoes, mashed
2/3 cup Butter, melted
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1 cup light Brown Sugar, packed
1/3 cup Butter, softened
3 large Eggs, beaten
1 cup chopped Pecans
Topping
1/2 teaspoon Nutmeg
1/3 cup Flour
2/3 cup Sugar
1/2 teaspoon Allspice
Directions
Beat eggs, stir in potatoes until blended. Add remaining ingredients and put in buttered dish (9 x 13). Topping:-Mix brown sugar, flour and nuts together. Work butter iinto mixture with hands until well blended. Sprinkle on top of potatoes and bake at 350 for 1 hour.
Served as side dish. Vegetarian dish. Speciality: Low Sodium and Low Protein diet.
