Ingredients (Measurement Conversion Calculator) 1 inch piece Ginger
1 teaspoon Lemon Juice
2 teaspoons Mango powder (Amchur)
1/2 teaspoon fresh ground Pepper
1 cup boiled Green Peas
1 Tablespoon Oil
10-12 baby Potatoes, boiled
Salt
2 cups Panir, cut into cubes (Cottage Cheese)
2-3 Green Chilies, finely chopped
Directions
Heat the oil in a non-stick pan and add the green chilles and ginger and saut? for 1 minute. Add the paneer, potatoes and green peas and cook for another minute. Add the amchur, crushed pepper, lemon juice and salt and mix well. Serve hot garnished with the chopped coriander.
