Heat oil in a large wok or large wide pot over medium heat. When very hot, add the cumin and the fennel seeds. As soon as the seeds turn a little darker toss in the sesame seeds. Stir for a second and then add onions. Stir for few minutes until the onions turn brown at edges. Add the cabbage and fry for few minutes. Cover tightly and turn heat to low. Cook for 2-3 minutes or until the cabbage wilts. Uncover and cook over high heat, stir fry 5 minutes or until the vegetables are very tender.
