1/2 cup Shredded Sharp Cheese
1 Egg, beaten
1/2 c Low-fat Mayonnaise
1 Package chopped Broccoli
1/2 cup Skim Milk
1/2 cup Chopped Celery
1/4 cup Chopped Onion
1/4 cup Fine Bread Crumbs
1 Tablespoon Melted Margarine
1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
Directions
Cook broccoli according to packets directions; drain. Place broccoli in 10x6x1.5 inch baking dish sprayed with vegetable oil. Combine soup and cheese; add milk, mayonnaise, egg onion and celery. Stir until well blended. Pour over broccoli. Combine margarine and bread crumbs; sprinkle evenly over soup mixture. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 45 minutes or until bubbly and crumbs are lightly browned.
Served as main course. Vegetarian dish.
